MyNebor Reward Policy

The MyNebor Rewards Program (“Program”) is owned and operated by MyNebor Technologies Limited ("MyNebor," "we," "our," or "us"), as further defined in our User Terms of Service. These MyNebor Rewards Program Terms ("Rewards Program Terms") are between you ("User," "Users," or "you," or “your") and MyNebor and/or its affiliates, and govern our respective rights and obligations under this Program.

The Program is also subject to our User Terms of Service, the MyNebor Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the User Terms of Service. These Rewards Program Terms, together with any promotional offers provided to you for use with the Program, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyNebor with respect to the Program.

MyNebor reserves the right to update or terminate the Rewards Program or these terms at its sole discretion. In such cases, we may notify you via email and/or by posting updated Rewards Program Terms on the MyNebor website.

By participating in or continuing to use the Program, you agree to any such updates or changes and to the terms of this program.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the MyNebor Rewards Program is automatically granted to all registered Users on the MyNebor Platform. To remain eligible for the Program, you must maintain an active MyNebor account (“Account”) with us.

Users who violate any applicable terms, including the User Terms of Service or Privacy Policy or this Rewards Policy, may be removed or suspended from the Program at MyNebor's sole discretion.

2. How Can You Participate in a Rewards Program?

Participation is simple:

Use the MyNebor platform actively.
Engage in eligible community actions or activities as defined periodically by MyNebor.
Fulfill any additional criteria provided in promotional offers or campaigns.

MyNebor reserves the right to define or modify the qualifying actions for participation in specific Reward campaigns from time to time.

3. What Are Rewards?

A “Reward” may include:

Digital goods or services issued by MyNebor, such as GiftCoins (not related to any form of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology).
Discounts or special offers within the MyNebor platform.

4. Reward Conversion and Limitations

Rewards earned through the MyNebor platform, such as GiftCoins, are non-transferable and are intended solely for use within the MyNebor platform. Only Rewards that have been fully received and confirmed may be eligible for value conversion (you keep 90%).

Rewards are subject to availability and applicable conversion mechanisms and fees as may be defined by MyNebor from time to time.

Any conversion of GiftCoins into cash-equivalent value is at the discretion of the User, and is not offered directly by MyNebor as a financial or banking service. Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may arise from such conversions.

MyNebor does not provide tax guidance and shall not be held liable for any tax-related responsibilities or reporting obligations resulting from the user’s personal use or conversion of reward value.

5. Termination or Suspension of Access to the Rewards Program

MyNebor may suspend, revoke, or permanently terminate your access to the Rewards Program without notice if:

You breach any terms of this Program or the User Terms of Service.
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior.
Your MyNebor account becomes inactive, deactivated, or closed.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable regulations, MyNebor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Rewards Program.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Any loss or reduction of Rewards due to account suspension, technical issues, or system errors.
Delays in crediting or reflecting Rewards.
Discontinuation or modification of the Rewards Program or its benefits.

MyNebor reserves the right to correct errors, modify the structure of the Program, or discontinue it entirely, without obligation to compensate Users for perceived losses or missed opportunities.
